Although Alissa Beaute offers high-quality products, material defects or manufacturing errors can never be completely ruled out. We understand that every complaint is unpleasant, which is why we always prioritize quick solutions.
If the goods you have purchased from us are defective or you wish to make a complaint for other reasons in accordance with our complaints procedure, please follow these steps:
Read the COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE and make sure that all
conditions for making a complaint are met.
Send the goods together with the relevant documents – we recommend using the Complaints Form.
Please do not send goods cash on delivery.
In the case of a complaint about furniture, please contact us.
We will process your complaint within 30 days (unless we agree otherwise with you).
According to point 5 of the Terms and Conditions, it is not possible for the buyer to withdraw from the contract.
